Supply London is funded by the LDA and ERDF to help London Based SMEs to win contracts. Preparing businesses for the opportunities in the public sector is our main goal.
The usual entry point is 2 years trading history and a turnover of more than £100,000. Businesses with less experience that are keen to understand public sector tendering will be offered a package of training support to help them on the path to future success.
Supply London has a 7 year history of supporting London SMEs to win contracts. We have a team of Supply Chain Advisers experienced in assisting with the tendering and pre-qualification process.
We have designed a workshop programme aimed at ensuring businesses can respond credibly at every stage of the tender process. We also recognise that businesses need to access contracts and opportunities to bid for and also provide these as part of the programme offering.
Our programme provides:
-
One to one support and assistance on writing tenders and submitting pre qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
-
Workshops covering such topics as:
- How to win new business
- Successfully pre-qualifying
- How to write winning bids
- Pitching and presenting to tender interview panels
- Quality Management Systems
- Accessing new markets
- Effective Accounting for SMEs
- Understanding contracts, raising finance and tax
-
A pipeline of public sector tenders appropriate to the size and stage of the business
-
