Mary Edwards, a Supply London Supply Chain Adviser was assigned to support Capitol Carpets. Mary, being an ISO 9001 qualified assessor was the best match to Capitol Carpets’ needs. Mary met with Chris Crow in October 2008. During that meeting it was identified that there were a number of issues that were preventing Capitol Carpets being successful including a lack of knowledge about what requirements are placed on potential suppliers by the public sector

Following the introduction of Carol Hustler and Andrew Figgis as Supply chain advisers, RGE Services have honed their PQQ and bid writing skills through both workshops and one to one assistance with many specific contracts. Indeed, it is now standard to run pqqs and bids past an adviser prior to submission.
Kingston Garden Services
At the first meeting with their Supply Chain adviser, the overall company history, strategy, types of opportunity required and where to find them was discussed. We also covered their need for appropriate systems accreditation and what aspects of the Supply London programme they could make use of best.
Physiotherapy Solutions
In March 2010 Physiotherapy Solutions tendered for the opportunity to provide a triage service to all of NHS Bromley PCT for three years. Physiotherapy Solutions with Supply London’s support were successful at the PQQ stage and in May 2010 were invited to tender. Mary provided support and advice by email, telephone as well as by visiting the company.
